    1. As a bath - Add to your running bath water and soak for as long as you'd like. 
    2. As a mask - Mix with distilled or purified water to make a paste like consitency, apply to skin, let sit for 15 min or more, rinse well with luke warm - war water. 
      • can be used to help with inflamation wound healing 
    3. As an efoliator - Mix with distilled or purified water to make a paste like consitency use as a body scrub by rubing desired areas with oat coat mix and rinsing
